Paul was influenced by his mother who encouraged 'sing-a-longs' on drives to pass the time, by the age of 7 he was singing to the garden rake for all his imaginary-screaming fans. Paul was classically trained on string bass at age 11, and 3 years later studied bass guitar to play in his first rock band The Velveteens. After working with various L.A. groups Ventura County became home, playing with Private Affair, The Wanna-Be's and Crosstown Traffic. Favorite artists include Steely Dan, Stevie Wonder, Jose Feliciano, Santana, Beatles, Stones, Elvis, Doors, CCR, Animals, & alot more.
